Polaris

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Our online catalog, Polaris, reflects materials available from a seven-county library consortium.  Patrons can receive materials from any of these counties through our Inter-Library Loan department.  If you wish to limit your results to materials in Georgetown County, please follow the following steps:

  • Click on the "advanced" search tab.
  • Under the search boxes, there is purple lettering that says "Open Search Options"; click this.
  • Several new boxes will appear at the bottom of your screen.  The first box on the left is marked "Libraries".   Scroll down until you see "GEO- Main" and click on it.
  • Click on the button that says "Set Search Options".
